The ex-husband of your esposa (second wife/sisterwife) won custody of her children due to the fact that she lives polygamously. A few years later, the
children feel depressed because their dad and step-mom abuses them: mentally and physically. They cry for you to save them from their demise. As a family,
you know you need to help them, so you retain a lawyer. You sue him for custody of these children on two basis: the abuse and they are old enough to make that
decision. This lawsuit takes two years and $40,000, but finally, it comes down to a dillema for you and your family. The judge says he CANNOT give the
children to a polygamous family; however, if your family separates, then he will award your esposa her children. You know if you separate, your wives will
have to live in separate houses, and they will not be allowed into each others homes for at least eight years. Before you and esposa make the decision though,
you need to get femme's feelings in this matter.
If you were this family, what decision would you make? If you were the hubs, how would this situation make you feel? If you were femme, how would you feel, and what decision would you make, and why? If you were the esposa, how would you feel about this situation?
